It was so good to meet up with old friends and to meet some wonderful new ones. One lady had seen a post in the 5G Action Group on Telegram, that she’d joined, the day before, and came with her friends. We just don’t know the knock on effects that one small action can have. On Friday night it was just Louise and myself who were going to meet in Waitrose car park, the next day, in Wellington, thanks to phone calls and messages, Sidika drummed up two people from Glastonbury, one of them filmed all the action and other people joined us, as if from nowhere, as we’d set the intention to meet. We spoke to local council Andrew Govier – who when we asked him what he knew about 5G said ‘Not a lot’ so just this encounter might make him think a bit more.
We spoke to lots of people, found a shopkeeper and his wife who will take The Light Truthpaper and will spread the word. This kind of outreach is so rewarding and great when, if like me, you spend much of the week on a computer! Let’s all go out and speak to people in our home areas – it works to start a conversation and raise awareness and this is what is going to touch the 40% who may have questions about what is going on…..
Wellington, Somerset Stop 5g demo 25.6.22 – part of Global STOP 5G Action – https://www.wellington-today.co.uk/…/anti-5g-message… Campaigners in Wellington joined people from across the world at the weekend to demand an immediate halt to the use of 5G because of fears about its safety to public health and the environment.
The group spoke to shoppers about potential risks posed to humans, plant life and insects by the latest telecommunications frequencies and urged people to demand proper research.
Local resident Charlie Kay said: “5G is a toxic pollutant and a completely untested technology. Tens of thousands of peer reviewed studies show it causes biological harm and is a carcinogen. “It impacts the unborn child, everybody’s immune system, the bees and other wildlife. When the government says it is safe they are unfortunately misleading you.” He urged people to do their own research. Campaigners say this is the equivalent of asbestos and cigarette smoking for our times.
A group called Action against 5G is currently bringing a court case against the government over the safety of 5G. The campaigners say they were shocked at the lack of understanding about the new technology among people they spoke to. Most did not know about the proposed ‘internet of things’ (IOT) or how this could relate to digital surveillance and lead to an infringement of basic freedoms.
The group says the technology is being sold to the public as a way to address climate change, but tech companies do not mention the ways in which it can be a major contributor to environmental damage.
While also opposing wireless proliferation, the campaigners say they support safe wired connections for most internet and telecommunications use and would like to see wireless technology reserved for emergencies and essential services.
“At a Melbourne Campaigners’ Network event back in 2013, we changed focus and soaked in good news for two hours. We shared stories of success – big or small, recent or distant. It made me think we need to do this much more often, and weave it into our habits and gatherings.”

The 5G European Citizens’ Initiative (5G-ECI) was launched in March 2022, and has one year to gather a million signatures from across Europe. If they succeed, the European Commission and the European Parliament will be obliged to address the proposals that the EU enact regulations to protect health, nature, the environment and privacy.
Safe Tech International is therefore hosting a webinar to help “get the word out” about this critical and potentially life-changing Appeal, and to ensure the 27 European countries who collaborated on this effort, reach their goal of 1,000,000 signatures by March, 2023.
Listed below are the scientists, politicians, lawyers and safe tech advocates who will be joining the webinar. We are deeply grateful to them for offering their time, expertise, heart, and vision in support of the 5G-ECI.

A lady who lives in sheltered accommodation is worried about the installation of the Voice Over Internet Protocol in her flat.
“On the home front I’m currently in a wrangle with Chubb Community Care who are planning to install a new telecare intercom system in our flats at where I live. It has a 869mhz RF component, in addition to the hardwired function, which I’m requesting to not be installed in my flat.
It’s been hard going and, although I got a response from Chubb ‘recommending’ that the RF not be installed, I’ve requested a hardcopy signed letter confirming that no RF will be installed – still waiting for the letter…it’s all very exhausting and causing me a lot of anxiety.
If you know of anyone who lives in sheltered accommodation you might want to let them know this is coming – the new system will be fibre optic VOIP + RF to replace the copper wire system being phased out.”

METERS – WHICH ONE TO CHOOSE?
We are looking for a meter that we can use to recommend to the residents associations that are setting up all around the country to monitor mast and other radiation in communities.

the only issue with this is that there is no meter log for results and Oliver says that the flicker/refresh screen is the same as a mobile phone, which means that it is not possible to take pics or videos of the results – it’s like taking pics of a TV screen.
So, when teams of people go out this is not a practical meter to use. At the moment many of us are using the accousticom 2 and you can take a pic/video of the mast, a picture/video of the result, display on the meter, and it’s all recorded on the phone.

Shieldedhealing Brian – Spokane – Jan 22 – 5G Verizon Ultra Wide band 28GHz mmWave testing. Based on my testing this weekend it seems there isn’t much exposure unless you have a 5G phone with 5G on for this frequency and carrier. This meter does not test the 39 GHz band yet but will be able to be upgraded later to higher frequencies up to 60 GHz and maybe higher. This mmWave meter is a prototype and is not available yet. When it is available we will offer it on shieldedhealing.com! I am told it will be around $500 for the base unit that goes 40 MHz to 10 GHz. Total will be around $1000 for the add on mmWave unit (26-30 GHz setting plus base model testing abilities). Much more affordable than other mmWave meters over $8K and some over $30K! This is what we need to know what our risk and exposures are. This meter will mainly help monitor the 28GHz Verizon 5G Ultra Wideband. Other carriers will use similar tech at different frequencies. When you upgrade the antenna later to other higher frequencies there would be an additional cost as well. But I am told the meter will be upgradable. Just a thought regarding 5g – via water pipes – being brought into people’s homes and businesses.
I would refuse their equipment coming into my home via water pipes (I’d reject 5g altogether but bear with me). Then what would they do? Point I’m getting at is, the copper pipes on my ground that come into my house is my property, therefore, easy to say “no” to. In contrast when the people are up against ‘public property’, it’s more difficult to get someone else to say “no” for us.
En masse we could all say “put it in your pipe and smoke it”…lol

In relation to 5G, UKHSA has said that the exposure to radio waves is expected to remain low relative to international guidelines and, as such, there should be no consequences for public health.
The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is aware of the European Parliament’s report and of reports and opinions developed by a range of national and international health authorities on the same health topics. UKHSA monitors the emerging evidence and provides advice on the public health aspects of exposure to radio waves, including those from 5G communications systems. The European Union’s own scientific expert committees have published five multidisciplinary expert reviews of the evidence to date, and a sixth is presently being prepared by the Scientific Committee on Health, Environmental and Emerging Risks (SCHEER). A plain language summary published alongside the fifth (2015) review explains that “the results of current scientific research show that there are no evident adverse health effects if exposure remains below the levels set by current standards.”
UKHSA’s advice in respect of 5G remains unchanged and states in summary: “It is possible that there may be a small increase in overall exposure to radio waves when 5G is added to an existing network or in a new area. However, the overall exposure is expected to remain low relative to guidelines and, as such, there should be no consequences for public health.”
Central to UKHSA’s advice are the guidelines published by the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), which is formally recognised by the World Health Organization. The ICNIRP guidelines underpin health protection policies at UK and European levels.
The ICNIRP issues guidelines on human exposure to electro-magnetic fields (EMF), based upon the consensus view of a large amount of research carried out over many years. This includes the frequencies used by 5G and all other mobile / wireless technologies. Over the last two decades there have been over 100 expert reports on EMF and health published internationally with well over 3,000 studies informing these reviews and the existing scientific exposure guidelines.
The control of exposures occurs through product safety legislation, health and safety legislation and planning policy. These regulatory areas all consider the international guidelines. Ofcom spectrum licence conditions also require licensees to comply with the international guidelines for limiting exposure to electromagnetic fields for the protection of the general public. It also requires licensees to keep records demonstrating their compliance. Ofcom undertakes measurements to confirm that mobile base stations, including 5G mobile base stations, do not exceed the limits set out in the international guidelines. These published measurements have consistently shown that EMF levels are well within the general public EMF limits. Further information on these measurements can be found at:
